Email Campaigns Pro

Send campaigns, abandoned cart reminders and win-back emails from inside WooCommerce. It all goes out through your own server, wrapped in your store's email template, for a flat yearly price however long your list gets.

What It Does

Everything below runs inside your WordPress dashboard. The items marked Pro need a license.

  1. 01

    Campaigns

Write in a familiar editor, drop in merge tags and product cards, and choose who gets it by orders, spend, country or product. Send it now or schedule it for later.

  2. 02

    Triggered EmailsPro

Abandoned cart, welcome, review request, cross-sell, win-back and post-purchase follow-ups, sent when something happens in the store.

  3. 03

    CouponsPro

A unique WooCommerce coupon for each recipient, locked to their email address, with its own expiry and limits.

  4. 04

    Tracking

Opens, clicks, conversions and revenue for each campaign, and a calendar of what went out when.

  5. 05

    The Queue

Emails go out in batches, with retries and hourly and daily rate limits to keep your mail provider happy. With Pro you can switch on Live Processing and watch it send.

  6. 06

    Consent

Opt-in at checkout, double opt-in (Pro), a two-step unsubscribe, List-Unsubscribe headers, and GDPR data export and erasure.

One Email, Everyone's Name in It

These are the plugin's real merge tags, fallbacks included. Edit the email, then switch customers and watch it change. The one with no name on file gets a "there" instead of an awkward gap.

Questions

Does it replace Mailchimp or Klaviyo?

For a lot of stores, yes. If what you need is marketing email to your own WooCommerce customers, this does it without a monthly bill and without handing your customer list to anyone else. If you need multi-channel marketing or complicated automation workflows, a dedicated platform still makes sense.

What does it send with?

WordPress's own wp_mail(). I recommend pairing it with an SMTP plugin and a transactional provider such as Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES or Postmark.

Will it slow my site down?

No. Sending happens in the background through WP-Cron, in batches you control. Live Processing only runs while you have the Queue page open.

Can it handle a big list?

I've stress-tested it with a list of 19,502 recipients. Set the rate limits to whatever your mail provider allows, and turn on Live Processing (Pro) if you want it to go faster.
